Julie has always had an extreme passion for all things real estate. Her passion stems from both of her grandfather's experience in Residential, Commercial and Not for profit Construction expertise as well as her past exterior construction business with family.  She experienced new and exciting communities while moving throughout her childhood. The opportunity to move and transfer with her family during their military and corporate careers created a true joy for each of the houses they moved into as well as assisting her grandfather with his builds. These experiences guided her into finding an absolute love and passion for making each house a home as well as the understanding of the big picture of Commercial and Not for profit at an early age.

She understands that every home, as well as commerical property has a client with unique needs, They have their own character, and most certainly their own personalities.
